Versammlung aller Studentischen Beschäftigten! Wir diskutieren unsere Forderungen für einen Tarifvertrag!

Die heiße Phase beginnt und dafür brauchen wir Dich und deine Kolleg:innen! Im Herbst wollen wir, studentische Hilfskräfte und Tutor:innen, die Universität zu Tarifverhandlungen auffordern, um bessere Arbeitsbedingungen zu erstreiten. Was die Forderungen sind, bestimmen wir alle gemeinsam. Dazu organisiert TVStud Göttingen eine Versammlung aller Studentischen Beschäftigten, wo du zusammen mit deinen Kolleg:innen die Forderungen an die Uni diskutieren kannst. Beispielsweise geht es um die Höhe des Lohns, die Befristung und Mitbestimmungsrechte - und um alle Themen die Dir wichtig sind! Also komm auch du am 28.07. um 17 Uhr in den ZHG Hörsaal 010, damit auch deine Ideen für bessere Arbeitsbedingungen eine Stimme bekommen!

Impfstrecke an der Uni für Studierende

Wir haben erfreuliche Nachrichten für euch: Seit dem 14.07 gibt es eine Impfstrecke an der Uni für Studierende.

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Impfzentrum der Stadt werden Studierende und Beschäftigte an der Mensa am Turm mit Biontech geimpft.

Wir freuen uns natürlich sehr, dass die Stadt endlich auf unsere Argumentation eingegangen ist und sieht, dass Studierende als größte Statusgruppe an der Uni nicht länger beim Impfen vergessen werden und bitten euch, diese Info möglichst breit weiter zu verteilen, damit sie möglichst viele Studierende erreicht!

Arbeits- und sozialrechtliche Anfangsberatung für Studierende ab jetzt wieder in Präsenz!

Die Kooperationsstelle Hochschule und Gewerkschaften bietet eine Beratung rund ums Thema „studentisches Jobben“ an. Wir geben Infos, Hilfestellung und praktische Tipps zu arbeits- und sozialrechtlichen Fragen im Nebenjob. Ob SHK, Tutor:in oder Angestellte in der Gastro - du bist in unserer Sprechstunde willkommen. Wir beraten in Präsenz immer am Montag von 10-12 im Raum 1.601 im KWZ und am Donnerstag von 13-15 im FSR SOWI im Oec. Sprechstunde des Sozialreferats während der Vorlesungsfreienzeit

Das Sozialreferat bietet auch während der Vorlesungsfreien Zeit die Sprechstunde weiterhin an. Allerdings findet sie in dieser Zeit nur montags von 14 - 16 Uhr statt. Zu diesem Termin könnt ihr uns sowohl telefonisch unter der Nummer: 0551-39 34566 kontaktieren, als auch persönlich vorbei kommen. Bei gutem Wetter beraten wir euch im AStA Garten, ansonsten treffen wir uns im Sozialbüro (Goßlerstraße 16a, Raum 1.103), einfach klingeln! Bitte denkt an eure Masken! Wenn ihr keine habt, könnt ihr auch vor Ort eine von uns bekommen. Kommt also vorbei mit all euren Fragen rund um Studienfinanzierung, Studieren mit Kind, barrierefreies Studium, Semesterticketrückerstattung uvm., wir versuchen euch weiterzuhelfen! Aktiv gegen die Klimakrise!

Weltweit leiden Menschen unter der Klimakrise und auch in Deutschland verschärft sich die Lage. Doch noch ist es möglich, das Schlimmste zu verhindern. Dies wird jedoch nicht ohne Druck von unten passieren, da unser politisches und Wirtschaftssystem auf die Ausbeutung von Natur und Menschen ausgerichtet sind. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, sich gegen die Klimakrise einzusetzen und wir wollen euch hier eine kleine Auswahl vorstellen: + Für eine klimaneutrale Uni Göttingen hat sich ein Bündnis von verschiedenen Gruppen und Einzelpersonen gegründet. Wir fordern von der Uni bis 2030 klimaneutral zu werden und dabei möglichst schnell voranzukommen. Nachdem das Uni-Präsidium sich auch zur Klimaneutralität bis 2030 bekannt hat, wollen wir die Umsetzung begleiten und Druck machen, dass überall in der Uni alles daran gesetzt wird, das Klima zu schützen. • Das Bündnis Ende Gelände wird dieses Jahr vom 29.07 - 02.08.21 eine Aktion gegen fossiles Gas und Neokolonialismus in Brunsbüttel und Hamburg machen. Ende Gelände praktiziert massenhaften zivilen Ungehorsam und blockiert klimaschädliche Infrastruktur friedlich mit den eigenen Körpern. Fossiles Gas ist massiv klimaschädlich, wird aber oft als vermeintlich weniger schlimm dargestellt. Allerdings muss schon jetzt auch aus der Gasnutzung ausgestiegen werden, um die Klimakrise angemessen anzugehen!

• Fridays for Future plant am 24.09.2021 den nächsten globalen Streik! In Solidarität mit allen Betroffenen der Klimakrise wird es auch in Göttingen einen Klimastreik geben und ein Systemwechsel zur Einhaltung der 1,5°C-Grenze gefordert. #AlleFürsKlima #UprootTheSystem

• Im Sommer 2021 reist eine Delegation der Zapatistas nach Europa! Die Zapatistas sind eine indigene Bewegung aus Südmexiko, die sich gegen die Ausbeutung von Mensch und Natur, Patrichat und Rassismus einsetzt. Sie haben sich in Mexiko Autonomie erkämpft und verwirklichen dort eine Gesellschaft, die hierachiefrei und im Einklang mit der Natur ist. Bei der "Reise für das Leben" besuchen sie in den nächsten Monaten Europa, um sich mit den vielfältigen Kämpfen für eine bessere Welt zu vernetzen und auszutauschen. • Das Bündnis Nachhaltige Mensa setzt sich dafür ein, dass die Mensen an der Uni ökologischer werden. Dazu werden Gespräche mit dem Studiwerk geführt, Infoflyer verteilt und vieles mehr. Aktuell hat das Bündnis Sommerpause, bei Interesse kann mensch sich unter Buendnis-Nachhaltige-Mensa@posteo.de melden.

Hier noch ein kleiner Servicehinweis: Wir richten außen am AStA-Gebäude (Goßlerstraße 16a) eine Kiste ein, in die ihr leere Druckerpatronen entsorgen könnt. Bringt die gerne vorbei!

Assembly of all student workers! We discuss our demands for a collective agreement!

The critical phase begins and for that we need you and your colleagues! This fall we, student assistants and tutors, call on the university to bargain collectively in order to achieve better working conditions. We determine together what the demands are. For this purpose, TVStud Göttingen organizes a meeting of all student employees, where you can discuss the demands for the university with your colleagues. For example, the amount of our wage, the time limitation of contracts and the right to participate - and all topics that are important to you! Come on July 28th. at 5 p.m. in the ZHG lecture hall 010, that your ideas for better working conditions also get a voice!

Vaccination route at the university for students

We have good news for you: Since July 14th there is a vaccination queue at our university just for students.

In cooperation with the city's vaccination center, students and employees can be vaccinated at Turmmensa (the cafeteria at the tower) with Biontech.

We are of course very happy that the city has finally responded to our argument and sees that students, as the largest status group at the university, are no longer forgotten when vaccinating and ask you to distribute this information as widely as possible so that it reaches as many students as possible!

Advice on labor and social law for students is now back - in attendance!

The university and trade unions cooperation office offers advice on the subject of “student jobs”. We provide information, assistance and practical tips on labor and social law issues in part-time jobs. Whether SHK, tutor or employee - you are welcome in our office hours. We always advise in attendance on Monday from 10-12 in room 1.601 in the KWZ and on Thursday from 13-15 in the FSR SOWI in the Oeconomicum. The social department continues to offer consultation hours during the lecture-free period. Actively againat the climate crisis

People around the world are suffering from the climate crisis and the situation is worsening in Germany as well. But it is still possible to prevent the worst. However, this will not happen without pressure from below, as our political and economic systems are geared towards the exploitation of nature and people. There are many ways to fight the climate crisis and we would like to present a small selection to you here:

• For a climate-neutral University of Göttingen, an alliance of different groups and individuals has joined together. We ask the university to become climate neutral by 2030 and to move forward as quickly as possible. After the university presidium has committed itself to climate neutrality by 2030, we want to accompany the implementation and put pressure so that everything is done to protect the climate. If you want to take part, the best thing to do is to contact oekologie@asta.uni-goettingen.de The next meeting will take place on July 26th, new people are of course also always welcome afterwards!

• This year, from July 29th to August 2nd the Bündnis Ende Gelände will do an action against fossil gas and neocolonialism in Brunsbüttel and Hamburg. Ende Gelände practices massive civil disobedience and peacefully blocks climate-damaging infrastructure with their own bodies. Fossil gas is massively harmful to the climate, but is often presented as supposedly less bad. However, the use of gas must already be phased out in order to tackle the climate crisis appropriately!

• Fridays for Future is planning the next global strike on September 24th, 2021! In solidarity with all those affected by the climate crisis, there will also be a climate strike in Göttingen and a system change to comply with the 1.5 ° C limit will be demanded. #AlleFürsKlima #UprootTheSystem

• In the summer of 2021 a delegation of the Zapatistas will travel to Europe! The Zapatistas are an indigenous movement from southern Mexico that campaigns against the exploitation of people and nature, patriarchy and racism. They have fought for autonomy in Mexico and are realizing a society there that is hierarchy-free and in harmony with nature. During the “Journey for Life” they will visit Europe over the next few months to network and exchange ideas with the various struggles for a better world. There will be a lot of different promotions! • The Alliance for a Sustainable Cafeteria is committed to making the canteens, cafeterias and Mensa at the university more ecological. In addition there are discussions with the Studiwerk, information flyers are distributed and much more.
